Dani’s article in the Turkish Policy Quarterly can be reached here. This is the abstract:
Turkey’s legal system was reformed significantly during the last decade, with the avowed objective of aligning it with European norms and facilitating the country’s accession to the European Union. On paper, Turkey now has a legal regime that is little different from Europe’s in terms of procedural safeguards and the rights of defendants. But the reality on the ground could not be more different. The author argues that the Ergenekon and Sledgehammer trials have been marred by severe violations of due process and the use of highly problematic evidence against defendants. Pro-government media have manipulated the debate in the country and prosecutors have acted in ways that are sharply at variance with European legal norms. These cases will, he argues, discredit the Turkish judiciary and set back the democratization of Turkish politics.

“The author argues that the Ergenekon and Sledgehammer trials have been marred by severe violations of due process and the use of highly problematic evidence against defendants.”
Would you please add the sham KCK trial to that list? Violations of due process in the KCK trial are no less severe than in the other two that you mention. You only seem to care about these things when the accused is a relative of yours or someone from your social status.

The best source for KCK is Bianet. There are also websites that have published a small portion of the previous indictment, such as:
But the thousands-page-long new indictment is not available yet. It is possible to ask Bianet about this. Also, there are some news about this squeezed here and there, political scientist Koray Caliskan in Radikal wrote about these things, for example:

One is titled “Savci devleti doguyor” –A state of prosecutors is born and the other “Baydemir birinden talimat aliyor” –Baydemir is receiving commands from somebody, an article on how wiretapped phone conversation of Kurdish politician Baydemir reveals he is indeed receiving commands from somebody (his wife). So, Caliskan might also be a good source for this.
I hope this helps, as I too have been looking forward to the thousands-pages-long KCK indictment.
